Here you can enjoy the peace brought by the sea and a private yard in a villa beautifully decorated in a modern Scandinavian style. 80 km to the east from Helsinki. Living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with double bed (sliding glass door to the living room/kitchen), another with bunk bed. In addition, 2 high-quality air mattresses, including mattress toppers. Please note that the bedrooms are located next to each other, i.e. access to the living room/bathroom is through the master bedroom. The living room has an atmospheric, modern circulation fireplace. You can enjoy great sea views in the wood-heated sauna and bathroom. Bathroom with rain shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large terrace 80 m² with a Weber gas grill and dining table for 6 (in summer time). A playground, trampoline and swings for children in the yard. Woodshed. Pets allowed for an extra fee (the fee is per pet, a maximum of 2 pets can come) Final cleaning and bed linen for the number of guests booked are included in the price. This villa offers a combination of luxury and relaxing nature - the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the company of family and friends. The destination is reserved only for those who spend a peaceful holiday. The yard area is stony and in natural state, the sun shines into the plot all day long. There is a view of the Gulf of Finland from the terrace. NOTE! The heated swimming pool is in use until 20 October 2024 and in 2025 it is in use from 9 May 2025 to 19 October 2025. Distances: Porvoo 27 km, Helsinki 80 km, Kotka 102 km. Ferry connection to the Pellinki island and village approx. 3 km away, in summer Tirmo Saaristokeskus (restaurant, shop, events) and guest marina approx. 3 km, Virvik Golf 18 km, Kokonniemi skiing centre 28 km, Haikko Manor 34 km. Note: final cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) for the stated number of people.
