Water from the well may have sometimes color issues, it is recommended to bring your own drinking water with you. The property is rented only to families and couples and others who enjoy a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups consisting of under 30 year old people. Please respect the peace of the neighbors. Le Club 44 is a high-quality rental villa on a large and quiet plot close to amenities. The destination is ideal, for example, for two families or even for a larger group of guests. The power plug can be used to charge an electric car for an additional fee of €10/car/visit, charging preferably at night, payment to the caretaker.
